2010-11 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 

Registration for the 2010-11 season is Sunday September 12th from 11 am - 4 pm and Monday September 13th from 6-9 pm in the Rose Room at the Roseville Ice Arena.

To complete registration you MUST:

1) Complete the on-line registration with USA/MN Hockey and print Barcode Confirmation (www.usahockey.com )

2) Complete RAYHA registration form

3) Complete the Consent to Treat Form

4) Provide a copy of a birth certificate for players new to RAYHA

NOTE: ALL returning RAYHA members who register late are subject to a $40 late fee. This late fee does not apply to players registering with RAYHA for the first time.

Note: We encourage JR Gold and 14U players to register at registration so we can get an idea of the number of players we might have at those levels. Players who choose not to do so WILL have the opportunity to fill out RAYHA registration paperwork AT try-outs - all of the above steps must completed before they will be allowed to participate. PLAYERS MUST BRING THE PRINTED BAR CODE WITH THEM TO TRYOUTS.

We also encourage potential coaches and assistant coaches to complete all required paperwork (waiver form, background check, CEP Card copy) at registration. Having this information on hand significantly streamlines the rostering process once teams are set.

Warm-up ice and Tryout/Team Balancing schedules will be available later this summer in the Documents section of the website.
