The only constant in our lives is change, and RAYHA is no exception to that rule. Issues regarding youth hockey change as sure as the seasons in Minnesota. RAYHA has a rich hockey tradition. The current state of our association is the result of the efforts, knowledge and history of past and present members and boards.

The guiding principles that drive our organization are expressed in the RAYHA Informaton Handbook. It is a document that has evolved and grown with our association. It covers all aspects of our association: parents, teams, coaches, managers, equipment and much more. All member families receive a copy of the current handbook at registration. The current version of the RAYHA handbook is also available on this website. I encourage everyone to take the time to read our handbook. It answers many questions you may have regarding the processes, expectations and rules of RAYHA.

We try to make the handbook as comprehensive as possible, but things will and do change. If you have an issue that is not covered in the handbook, we want you to bring it to the attention of the board. Active concerned members keep our organization strong.
