Acceleration North
Acceleration facilities are the only training centers that possess the patented skating treadmill. Combine that with our exclusive workouts and professional trainers and you've got a facility way ahead of the rest. Here's a glimpse at how our hockey training can help you become a stand-out athlete.
Skating Treadmill
We'll skate you up the ice, literally. Our patented hockey treadmill is designed to accommodate varying speeds and elevations to target the two components of speed, stride length and stride frequency. The added resistance of the ice creates more forceful knee drive while the higher grade forces longer, stronger extension. The result, an efficient skater with a superior stride to speed ratio. Like all our training, the skater is given one on one attention to develop and ensure proper skating mechanics. Take it on the ice. Skaters are amazed how the treadmill translates to the rink. Speed feels effortless while other skaters seem to stand still.
Plyometrics
It all starts with balance. Our agility drills were created to develop keen body awareness and control allowing you to extend your boundaries of movement, increase foot speed and generate faster response. You'll perform increasingly difficult foot drills on a variety of floor patterns that challenge your balance and allow to develop the functional foot speed that your hockey requires.
Stay in control
Upper body control is a crucial factor in your ability to act and react. During your plyometric training you will also take part in specific midsection, chest, back and shoulder exercises that will give you the strength and control you need to keep your speed. Some athletes will also utilize box jumps and the patented plyopress to increase muscle load and generate outstanding lateral and vertical power. Now you'll not only be able to outskate your competition but outmaneuver them as well.
Stickhandling and Shooting
Our Puckhandling and Shooting program covers every angle from hand responsibility to one timers. The stickhandling program teaches players how to make the stick an extension of their arm. How to move quickly and accurately. How to set-up or deke without losing a stride. Solid puck control is what makes solid shooting opportunities. The shooting program takes you from the mechanics of your shot to the net. Learn how to increase your power and accuracy for every shot situation.

B Dale Club
In September 1961, a group of men
from the County Road B and Dale Street
Neighborhood formed an organization to
help promote youth activities in the
Roseville area.
They built a warming house and
installed lights for the skaters at nearby
Alameda Pond. They planted trees, held
dances and bought playground equipment
for the parks and playgrounds throughout
the city. They built a clubhouse for the
members and a softball field complete
with dugouts, fences and scoreboard.
They promoted sports through the
sponsorship of baseball, hockey, softball,
football, volleyball, basketball and soccer
teams. They built an outdoor shelter,
bocce ball and horseshoe courts. They
conducted Halloween and Christmas
parties for the kids, and social activities
for the physically challenged.
It is estimated that in these first 42
years, the B-Dale Club had dedicated over
1.2 million dollars to the youth and seniors
of Roseville.
The odds of success for an organization
like the B-Dale Club would seem slim
indeed. It has no affiliation with a larger
group. So its membership dues, fund
raising events and the rental of its facilities
are its only means of support. It is truly a
non-profit organization, with money it
earns directed toward charitable causes.
It works because of its members, men
and women alike, who believe in its
humanitarian philosophy, and donate their
time and talents to make sure it works.

Buesing Bulk Transport
The Buesing name has been associated with Bulk transportation since 1975. It is our only business. Bulk transportation provides us with a unique niche in the trucking industry that we are continually developing.
We are an Interstate carrier of dry and liquid commodities. We utilize 48 states and Canadian operating authority. On a daily basis we service accounts from Saskatchewan to Florida and from California to Ohio. Products we transport include: flour, bran, sugar, corn meal and wheat germ among others.
Courteous, on-time delivery is important to each one of our customers. To us they are more than just 'buzz' words. We use all company owned late-model equipment and hire only the best professional drivers to represent our company. Each piece of equipment is spec'ed for the lowest possible tare weight and is maintained in new condition throughout it's life at Buesing Bulk Transport, demonstrating both our pride and commitment to service. Drivers are respected as professionals and treated as such, resulting in one of the lowest turn-over ratios in the industry. We feel that a driver's attitude toward his work environment will be reflected in how he or she represents our company on the road. Good service is impossible without a stable work force.
Although we are striving to add customers continually, we are fortunate to continue relationships with many distinguished companies from around the country.
Our track record of providing reliable dry and liquid bulk transportation has been proven over many years. Whether regular truck delivery or trans-loading required, we welcome the opportunity to discuss your bulk transportation needs with you.

Dicks Sporting Goods
The year was 1948. Eighteen-year-old Dick Stack was an energetic salesman at a small Army and Navy store in Binghamton, New York. One day, the store owner asked Dick, an avid fisherman, if it would be a good idea to sell fishing gear in his shop. Dick offered to develop a plan.
After working tirelessly on a business plan over a succession of sleepless nights, Dick nervously approached the owner with his vision. The response was stinging. Dumbfounded, Dick was told that he didn't know what he was doing and would never make a good merchant.
That evening, frustrated and dejected, Dick retreated to his grandmother's home. She listened quietly as he recounted his story. When he had finished, she rose silently and went to the kitchen. Removing the lid from her cookie jar, she extracted $300 of her hard-earned savings and pressed the bills into Dick's hand. Dick, always follow your dreams, she advised.
With his grandmother's $300, Dick opened a modest bait and tackle shop in Binghamton. By 1958, at the urging of his loyal customers, he expanded his product line to include much of what you'll find at Dick's Sporting Goods today.
Now with over 300 stores, Dick's family continues to offer the finest quality products at competitive prices, backed by the best service anywhere. Like you, we have a real passion for sports and are excited to bring the enthusiasm and experience to the online community.

Premier Banks
Honesty, Integrity and Responsiveness are the values that have guided Premier Banks history. They are values that have not been compromised and have served Premier Banks, our customers, and our communities over the course of more than thirty three years. Premier Banks, chartered in 1974, opened as the smallest of Minnesota's banks. Today Premier Banks ranks among Minnesota's 10 largest banking organizations.
Premier Bank opened in temporary quarters, as Maplewood State Bank located at the northeast corner of White Bear and Beam Avenues in Maplewood. Banking continued there until 1978 when the bank moved across the street to the present facilities.
In late 1988, the name Maplewood State Bank was changed to Premier Bank to allow for expansion into other areas.
However, the headquarters remain in Maplewood where Premier's growth and expansion provide many employment and economic opportunities for local residents.
The Osseo office, which opened in 1989, was the first branch location. Greater expansion occurred in October of 1990 when Premier Bank acquired eight former Midwest Federal Savings offices. At that time, the Roseville office became a branch of the Premier Bank Maplewood Charter.
The Farmington, Northfield, Faribault and Owatonna offices became the Premier Bank Metro South Charter. Rochester 421 1st Ave. S.W., Green Meadows and Hillcrest offices became the Premier Bank Rochester Charter. The White Bear Lake office of Premier Bank Maplewood opened in February of 1992, and the Bloomington office of Premier Bank Metro South opened in March of 1998. In 2000 Rochester opened its fourth location in Wal-Mart South Superstore and Premier Bank Metro South opened a branch in Albertville. When the Albertville location was added, the name of the bank charter was changed to Premier Bank Minnesota.
In the fall of 2001, Premier Bank Rochester opened its fifth location in the WalMart North Superstore. In the spring of 2002, Premier Bank Maplewood opened its fifth location in the Blaine Wal Mart Superstore, and in the fall of 2002, Premier Bank Minnesota opened its eighth location in the Hastings Wal Mart. Premier Banks opened two Wal Mart offices in 2005, one in Woodbury and another in Monticello. In 2005 Premier Bank Rochester opened an office at North Broadway and 37th Street, and Premier Bank Minnesota opened a free standing office in Monticello. In 2006 Premier Bank Maplewood opened its seventh location in Hugo and Premier Bank Minnesota opened its eleventh location in Hastings Schoolhouse Square. In late 2007, we began expanding our Maplewood headquarters to better serve our 23 branch network and our growing customer base.
Established and continuing as independent, community-oriented banks, Premier Banks continue to meet the financial need of our clients and supply the credit necessary for local businesses and industries to grow.

The Danger Committee
Biography
Jason LeMay, Mick Lunzer and Caleb McEwen combine over fifty years of performance and speaking experience to form the unforgettable team known as The Danger Committee. Lunzer and LeMay, both members of the former IJA World Champion juggling trio The Dew Drop Jugglers, were forced to undergo a radical reinvention of their act when the third member of their group retired. Their group had achieved amazing success over nineteen years together, and they were suddenly faced with a situation where everything they had been developing for almost two decades was going to change.
The duo turned to friend and colleague Caleb McEwen for help developing a new act. McEwen, the Artistic Director of The Brave New Workshop Comedy Theatre, had previously collaborated with the group to create the highly successful Pedro Wong’s Hungarian Bistro. A modern day reimagining of vaudevillian variety acts and physical comedy, Pedro Wong’s Hungarian Bistro had cleverly combined the juggling prowess of The Dew Drop Jugglers with the comedic sensibilities and sharp wit of McEwen. It also incorporated McEwen’s skills as a world class knife thrower. Lunzer and LeMay hoped to have McEwen write new material for them as a duo. However, McEwen misinterpreted their request as an invitation to join the group.
The result was the genesis of The Danger Committee, an incredible combination of juggling, knife throwing, spine tingling thrills and hilarious comedy. Within months of forming, the group performed on an eighteen city tour of the country that resulted in standing ovation after standing ovation, and the team hasn’t looked back since. Their unique blend of the hilarious and the dangerous while performing unbelievable feats of skill has made The Danger Committee one of the most talked about new acts in the country.
