Fundraising and Sponsorship
Hello and thanks for joining the 2020-2021 RAYHA Pizza fundraiser!
For the 2020-2021 season, the association is moving away from requiring DIBs volunteer hours and instead each skater will be responsible for selling 20 pizzas to help reduce player fees for the year. Alternatively, a $150 buyout option is available for those not interested in selling pizzas.
If you sell more than 20 pizzas, each pizza sold in excess of 20 will result in a $5 credit to the named skater’s account, applicable for the skater’s 2020-2021 season RAYHA fees. Note that refunds will not be given for excess funds raised. In the event the season is suspended due to Covid-19, unapplied credits will be carried over to future seasons for your player.
Please use the “RAYHA Pizza Fundraiser Order Form” to collect and track orders and tally sales. Keep that form to aid in distributing pizzas to your buyers. Your buyers should make payment to you, with you submitting one payment (preferably a check payable to RAYHA) when submitting your order.
To submit your order, please use the “RAYHA Pizza Sell Sheet.” Again, please pay with a single check from your family payable to RAYHA. We cannot accept credit card payments.
Order drop off will occur in person on Nov 21 from 1:15-3:15pm at Roseville Arena and on November 29 from 9:00-11:30am at Oscar Johnson. Alternatively, orders can be mailed to the address below. All orders must be received by December 4.

Pickup will occur on January 13 from 5-8pm. Please watch your email and the RAYHA website for further details. Each player must pickup order at the designated date and time. If that player or their family cannot pick up pizzas then, they must arrange for an alternate person to pick them up. Players then deliver pizzas to their buyers.
