Fundraising/Pizza Sales
HEGGIES Pizza Sales Information
Selling pizzas is a key fundraiser for RAYHA and helps keep the cost to play hockey down. Sell more than 30 pizzas and you can reduce your own players cost for the year.
Who: Every Player - RAYHA and Marauders (who are registered through RAYHA) except for those only participating in “Intro to hockey” and "1st Skate"
What: Each RAYHA player needs to sell 30 pizzas OR buyout of the fundraiser for $250 per player (as an additional charge on your hockey dues). Any pizza sold above 30 per player, will equal $5 per pizza off your hockey fees (there is no cash compensation if you’re sales exceed your total hockey cost).
When: You can start selling as early as today!
- September 20th - start selling!
- Wednesday, October 22nd - order forms & money due (Roseville OVAL)
- Wednesday, November 12th - pizza pick-up (Oscar Johnson)
Additional Info:
- Pizza checks should be made out to RAYHA. NOTE: It is preferred that checks are made out to you/your family as the seller and you turn in one check for your complete order / total sales made out to RAYHA. However, if individual checks are turned in made out to RAYHA, we will total them up at time of order drop-off.
- Pizza sales are per player, not per family. If you have 3 players in your family, each player must sell 30 pizzas.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do players with parents/guardians that are Coaches or Board members need to sell pizzas?
- For Coaches and Board members, there is an exception for pizza sales for a maximum of 2 players per family. Example: If a RAYHA family has 3 players, and 1 parent/guardian in that family is a team coach, this family gets an exemption for 2 players, and would still need to sell pizza’s for 1 player.
- This 2 player per family pizza sales exemption applies to 3 Coaches/Team managers (total) per team, for the following teams: Squirts, PeeWee, Bantam, 10u, 12u, 14u. Mite and 8u coaches are not exempt.
