Manager's Corner
Welcome to the Manager's Corner
Thank you for volunteering as a Team Manager for Roseville Area Youth Hockey (RAYHA)! Team managers are the backbone of our teams — you help keep players, parents, and coaches connected, organized, and on the ice. This page is your go-to hub for everything you need throughout the season. Bookmark it and check back as information is updated.
For questions not answered here, please visit our RAYHA Handbook and Bylaws or reach out to your Program Director listed on the Board Members page.

All Locker Room Monitors must:
- Be registered with USA Hockey

All forms are submitted electronically through Minnesota Hockey.

- Remaining in the locker room any time a coach is alone with a single player
SAFESPORT AND REPORTING
RAYHA has a zero tolerance policy for abuse, misconduct, bullying, threats, harassment, and hazing. All managers are mandatory reporters.
If you witness or suspect any violation, you are required to report it promptly:
- Use the SafeSport Report Form
- Or report directly to any RAYHA coach, manager, or Board member
- Suspected child abuse must also be reported to law enforcement
See the SafeSport Reporting page for full details and the reporting form.
JERSEYS AND GAME WEAR
RAYHA-approved jersey sets and game socks are required at 10U/Squirt and higher. Key points to share with your team:
- Numbers are assigned at 10U+ and stay with the player throughout their time at RAYHA
- Game jerseys should not be worn at practice
- New game socks are issued each season (included in registration fees)
For full jersey guidelines, sizing charts, and care instructions, visit the Game Wear Information page.
For alternate jersey designs approved by the RAYHA board, see Alternate Jerseys.
For RAYHA spirit wear and apparel ordering windows, visit Apparel.
FUNDRAISING
All RAYHA players (except Intro to Hockey and 1st Skate) are expected to participate in the annual Heggies Pizza Fundraiser. Each player must sell 30 pizzas or pay a $250 buyout. Selling more than 30 pizzas reduces your family's hockey fees by $5 per additional pizza sold.
Full details, order forms, and deadlines are on the Fundraising/Pizza Sales page.
