5 years agoTo register additional parents for your account (so you can have multiple people per player logging in separately):
1. On the account that registered the player, log in via browser (not in app)
2. Click ‘Players’ in left menu
3. Click ‘View Details’ next to players name
4. Click ‘Add Parent’
5. Enter the other parent’s email address and click ‘Add Parent’ red button.
6. Other parent go to crossbar and sign in with that new email address (in browser, not app)
7. Click ‘forgot password’ and reset it. Then log in, at which point you fill in that parent’s name and phone number.
