Introducing the DEI Director

Following the election results for board nominations in April, RAYHA is proud to introduce a new role within the association, highlighting the importance of diversity and diverse representation within our community.  Below is the copy of an email that went out to our association members that we wanted to share here to reach out to everyone that may not yet be a part of the association or may not have seen the communication.

We are seeking 4-6 volunteers from the community that would like to help us grow in this space and have a stronger outreach in the community.


My name is Corey Culver and I’m excited to introduce myself as RAYHA’s first Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Director. I also want to get to know all of what makes us Roseville hockey.

I appreciate short & sweet emails so here it is:

It is my goal to help build this position while infusing DEI into every aspect of our association. To do this, I am looking to start a DEI group/committee of at least 4-6 people. If you are interested, please send an email to stating why you’d like to join. Once we have our 4-6 people, we can talk about when and how to move forward.
