Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association (RAYHA) is excited to announce two paid seasonal opportunities within our organization:
Tournament Director (Part-Time / Seasonal)
Ice Scheduler (Part-Time / Seasonal)
As a volunteer-led association, RAYHA is committed to providing a positive and high-quality hockey experience for our players, families, coaches, and visiting teams. These roles are an important part of supporting our continued growth and helping our programs operate successfully throughout the season.
Tournament Director
The Tournament Director will oversee the planning, promotion, and execution of RAYHA tournaments and Mite Jamborees. This role focuses on creating organized, welcoming, and memorable events for participating teams and families. This is a performance-based position with strong earning potential tied directly to tournament success.

Ice Scheduler
The Ice Scheduler will manage the planning and coordination of association ice usage throughout the hockey season. This position plays a critical role in supporting teams across all levels of the association while ensuring fair, efficient, and effective use of ice resources.
