This season the Roseville Bantam B1 Boys raised nearly $10,000 for Gillette Children's & celebrated at a #mnwild game with program ambassador, Matt Dumba. Hiway Credit Union Hockey Kids4Kids encourages youth hockey teams throughout the #StateOfHockey to support kids at Gillette Children's.

Bantam b1 went above and beyond in their fundraising efforts for the Gillette Children's Hospital. Being nominated for additional honors by the Minnesota Wild is a great recognition of their hard work and dedication toward a good cause. It's always inspiring to see individuals and groups make a positive impact on their community. They have been selected as the winner of the UnitedHealthcare Skate for State Champions Award.

This award is to recognize youth hockey teams in the State of Hockey and their incredible stories off the ice. The story of the team raised nearly $10,000 for Gillette Children’s Hospital inspired the nomination and final selection by UnitedHealthcare.

As the winners of the Champions Award, there are a couple of things happening to honor the team and tell their amazing story! On Saturday, April 8th, during the Wild game vs. STL, the team’s story will be shared on the video board. Also, the team will hold a place in the concourse of Xcel Energy Center, outside of section 106, for an entire year.

We are RAIDERPROUD of these boys, coaches, and families. #RAIDERNATION #KIDSHELPINGKIDS
